You reserve your 1/4 Beef package today with a $500 deposit. We will go out in the pasture and select the healthiest steer in the herd. We will have our expert butcher process your beef and let it dry age to maximize flavor & tenderness. You will enjoy having your own section of meat right at home. Once your beef is ready, we will send you an invoice for the balance of the payment, a date and to confirm pick up or local delivery of your beef packge.
