You reserve your 1/2 Beef package today with a $850 deposit. We will go out in the pasture and select the healthiest & fattest steer in the herd. We will have our expert butcher process your beef and let it dry age to maximize flavor & tenderness. You will enjoy having your own section of meat right at home. Once your beef is ready,we will send you an invoice for the balance of the payment, a date and to confirm pick up or local delivery of your beef packge.
